Technology Action Plan
A
Blueprint to the Future: Developing a
Technology Action Plan (TAP), is a series
of six, three-hour workshops followed
by five to ten hours of individual counseling.
The program sponsored by the City
of Phoenix and open only to City of Phoenix-based
companies. It is designed to
help small business owners to plan and
manage the technology resources needed
to run their business optimally. Attendees
will complete a technology assessment
kit, a professional website evaluation
and receive hands-on training on products
which use new technology to increase employee
productivity and enhance the businesses
sales and marketing strategy
